Right click on the shortcut of Gtalk (available on desktop) and navigate to Properties.

Click on Shortcut Tab.

In front of Target add /nomutex, (“C:\Program Files\Google\Google Talk\googletalk.exe” /startmenu /nomutex)

Click on Apply and save.

Now you can open Gtalk multiple times and sign in with various Gmail ids.
